Returns: Our return policy spans a duration of 10 days from the date of purchase. If more than 10 days have passed since your purchase, we regret to inform you that we cannot entertain any requests for exchanges or returns.
To qualify for an exchange, the item in question must remain unused and maintain the same condition as when it was initially received, including its original packaging. Additionally, valid proof of purchase, such as a receipt, is mandatory to facilitate the exchange process.
Items that are not in their original condition, have incurred damage, or are missing components for reasons unrelated to our error, are ineligible for exchange. Furthermore, any items returned more than 10 days after the date of delivery will not be considered for exchange.
Refunds: We regret to inform you that our company does not offer refunds under any circumstances.
On Sale Items: Please note that only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds; unfortunately, sale items cannot be exchanged.
